Polaska: VV has no framework to realise 5% of the programme

Dastid Palka political analyst has given some of the reasons why the agreement between LDK-VVV) is stalled.

One of the reasons is because the VVA has no quadro that Pallaska says can't achieve at least 5% of the progam plan.

He has stressed that despite that, these two parties have no motive for reaching the agreement.

“VVA is afraid of a deal because they have no quad with the qualifications to make even 5% of the program they promised. The LDK also has some fear of VVA, but what I see is because these two parties have no motive for making deals”, Pallaska said in Pressing/Periscope
