Acting Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Fatmir Matoshi has honored the country's biggest environmental enemies are plastic bags and bottles, which he said have a negative impact on the health of citizens.
“We have plastic bags everywhere, in nature, road belts, and more are used as a waste pick-up tool and still are thrown onto the road”, Matoshi said at the closing conference of the <x2 project. > For a healthy life, without plastic bags”, this project financed by MMPH and implemented by Kosovoo Center for Business Support KCBS.
He said that recommendations coming out of this conference will be taken into account until the final decision is made concerning the future of using plastic bags in our country.
According to him, a decision will be made about the use of plastic bags that will be acceptable to our parties and social circumstances in our country.
