Northern Macedonia boycotts Nobel because of Peter Handke

At the ceremony organised by the Academy of Sciences in Sweden for the sharing of Nobel Prizes, neither will Macedonia, writes Gazeta Express.
Kosovo's top diplomat has thanked northern Macedonia for the decision.
Thank you Nikola Dimitrov for boycotting the ceremony for sharing Nobel Prizes. Macedonia has stayed with us in the most difficult times, during the years of HINA98-99, when Milosevic committed crimes in Kosovo. Handke has not supported victims like Northern Macedonia, but has backed Milosevic”, Pacolli wrote on Twitter.
Before northern Macedonia, Albania, Turkey and Croatia have announced they will not respond to Sweden's King's invitation for participation in the Nobel ceremony.
The reason for the boycott of this event, all these states have claimed to be granting the Nobel Prize to writer Handke, who has supported the policies of Serbian criminal leader Slobodan Milosevic during the 1990s.
