With these actions the defendant is suspected to have committed criminal offence under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
The pre-procedure judge at the Randa Crime Department, after examining the subject paperwork, has considered legal conditions for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants to be a sensitive case, and a high sentence has been envisioned for this work.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
