They are expected to be brought into session today, at the order of the Attorney General.
Montenegrin border police Milutin Lekovic, 41-year-old, was killed yesterday in Igalo during a job duty, died in a hospital in Risa, and three people who say they are from Kosovo have been arrested in connection with the case.
The border police were hit in the head by a firearm, allegedly fired from the back of an official car by one of the three detainees.
The suspects fled after the shooting, in an effort to cross the border, but were arrested about five o'clock in the Sutori field.
A man and a woman who were in company with the assailant were also arrested.
