The Protection Organising Council at the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MKRS) has announced that from today they will be on strike.
The strike is held to challenge the incumbent Public Administration Minister Mahir Jagcilar's decision, to give the MKRS object the presidency.
The leader of the draft and harmonisation division of legislation, Bislim Bislimi, in an interview for Online Economy said the strike has begun and will continue until the withdrawal of that decision.
“We have announced the opinion that today the staff of MKRS employees will start the general strike at the workplace and cease all administrative services for which the troops of MKRS are responsible. The strike has started in all units of MKRS officials, and the strike has been launched by officials all who have signed the approval list for the start of the strike, and of course there are some officials who haven't started with the strike, but, as the administration is known, is a system built on the hierarchy principle and a link if it doesn't work then the MKRS failure to function”.
He says the strike will have damage to the ministry's functioning, in fulfilling contractual obligations the ministry has faced many economic operators.
“Greva will have inevitable damage to the ministry's functioning in meeting the contractual obligations the ministry has with many economic operators and in proportion to individuals. Minister Yagcilar no longer has functional competencies and immunity to make decisions that involve millions in this period of transition of governments. But the strike will continue the next few days and until the withdrawal of the decision back”.
We've had a meeting with the Ministry's Adviser, and we've announced at the beginning moment and informed him that employees are involved voluntarily in the strike and there is no way to force anyone to get involved in the strike. We have also taken vows from the secretary-general that any abolition or annulment that will occur through the provisional move in court to the Yangcilar decision, he will act according to court decisions”, Bislim says.
He said you would set up criminal charges and indictments at the Constitutional Court for administrative conflict.
The “will set up criminal outcry because there are abundant elements that such a decision is misuse of official duty by Minister Jagcilar because he has intervened with an administrative act in an administrative judicial relationship that has been regulated by the Government's decision. Also on administrative road to the Constitutional Court, we will file lawsuits for administrative conflict of the decision and in order to abolish this” decision, he said.
