Acting Finance Minister Bedri Hamza has doubts about the real cost of the Dukagjin Highway.
Hamza in “Debat Plus” with Ermal Pandur at RTV Dukaagjini, has said it is not about projects that do not have very professional feasibility studies.
“Projects that don't have technical design and detail, which do not have socioeconomic impact and above all that they don't have clear financial construction that does not jeopardise financial stability, of course I have my reserve”, Hamza said.
He says the PDK government has made investments in highways, but according to him they have been Kosovo's need for economic development.
The first of the finances, it has said that even investment in railways and their connection to ports is a great need for economic development.
