On Friday, it was two months since the extraordinary parliamentary elections were held, as the two most voted parties in this election -- the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Vetevendosje Movement -- no doubt agree. While the LDK is continuing to insist on taking over the president's seat and sharing ministries proportionally with LVV, the LVV has voiced itself against such provisions by the LDK. Such disagreements between the two parties have caused coalition-building talks, which would govern for the next four years, to be blocked, wrote away “Zer”.
