As KSF reports, “Wolf symbol” is one of the most advanced and challenging training that KSF members face, and now, this is the 5th generation to perform this training.
Training takes place in two stages, the theoretical and practical stages. The knowledge gained in the theoretical stage has the opportunity to test even in many topics such as night and day navigation, connections, appeal, crossing water barriers, heavy - weight marches, long march, evacuation of victims, break-in and formations of movement, setting traps and shelters, and survival in winter conditions.
During the final phase, all topics learned must be applied with accuracy by members in the final operation, which initially develops into the icy water of Radonic Lake and then continues with long marches and numerous tasks along the entire operation.
In “training The wolf symbol” members face severe difficulties, carrying heavy loads of over 40kg and only one ration of food in 24 hours.
Training is aimed at testing and advancing tactical, physical and psychic capacities of KSF members.
Training ends with the objective attack, which is forwarded to the traditional march at the “NATO soldiers at Istog, which symbolizes the successful conclusion of a very difficult three-day encounter at a length of 100km, is conveyed with an unwritten sense of pride.
At the end of the training, the completion ceremony was held, where all members were equipped with certificates and with the symbol of the wolf, which they will carry throughout their military career.
