Kruja's Prosecution Begins verification After October 26th quake

Judicial District Prosecutor Kruja reports that after the November 26th earthquake, it has been set in motion to verify whether in this event, there are elements of criminal acts. Prosecutor's Office, Prosecutors and Prosecutor's Police Officers Kruja have gone to the Administrative Thumana Unit, where three palaces were collapsed, [...]
“also followed in co-operation with the Kruaj Police Commissioner, who are ordered to carry out all relevant actions at the scene, instructing them to treat them as a crime scene and to commit in any case relevant investigative actions.
It also turns out that in the area where Prosecution Kruje exercises territorial competencies, a considerable number of residences have been damaged, from which some have been declared uninhabitable and the rest with considerable damage. Besides the collapsed IKMT palaces, several other declared uninhabitable palaces have collapsed. Even then, judicial police officers have conducted a survey of the site and have taken on the quality of material evidence from these palaces.
In this case, there are doubts that elements of criminal acts envisioned by Article 289 and 248 Penal Code may have been consumed.
Therefore, judicial police officers have been ordered to verify:
Any apartment seriously damaged or declared uninhabitable. They're looking at you. Consider the quality of the test a copy of the report of the damage-plotting groups.
They'll immediately sequencing you with the quality of evidence, any documentation regarding these constructions (the project, construction permits, action of collusion, etc.), to any state institution in which they are located. Make decisions to perform the act of expert assessing economic damage in any case.
So far, all the first necessary investigative actions in connection with the scene have been carried out (the three collapsed palaces where the victims were caused in Thumana) and while continuing operations in other heavily damaged objects.
After completing these necessary investigative actions, judicial police officers have been ordered to make corresponding references and, depending on elements of criminal acts to be found, will be scheduled for recording relevant criminal proceedings.”, the statement said.
