Isa Mustafa's desire to try the president's chair goes beyond the goals that the LDK had expressed so far.
The outbreak of reports between these two parties has questioned whether these two parties will manage to make a co-government agreement, writes Periscopi.
Recently, a statement by Glauk Konjufca on a television presentation has raised questions whether the future ruling coalition could consist of a new formula.
Konjufca has declared that in the event of the failure to reach the LDK agreement, the Vetevendosje Movement will look to other options.
But for connoisseurs of political affairs in the country, LVV officials' statements to change coalition partner are being made in order to intimidate the LDK so that the latter reduces demand for office.
Political analyst Nexmeddin Spahiu in a proposal for Periscopi said that if VVA does not agree to grant Isa Mustaf's party the post of president, there is the possibility that this party will take the initiative and the AAK and minority into co-operation.
We need to see if Albin Kurti will be willing to offer Mustaf such a position or go into another version of making a coalition with the Initiative and the AAK and minorities to make the government. But in the new elections, it will not be taken because the president has him in the discretion to mandate a prime minister in the second attempt, not from the winning party”, Spahiu has said.
Spahiu believes Isa Mustafa wants the post of prime minister or president and that the interests of the LDK) are not interested.
There is a possibility, but what Isa Mustafa is trying to do is either take the race from Albin to get the VV votes for president and then when the time comes, the rest of the job is done with the Serbian List and the PDK. The goal of Isa Mustafa is to always take one of those positions -- either president in the coalition with the VV or prime minister with the PDK. The LDK's interests are of no interest to”, he said.
While Faton Abdullahu, former adviser to Isa Mustaf, told Periscope that the likelihood of LDK-VVV coalitioning with another party is small.
The “The options for LVV to coalition with any other political force, not the LDK are small. If there is any attempt on something like this, it would only be a LV political blog to scare the LDK into letting it go to political markets. Otherwise, if LV cannot negotiate with LDK, the country goes to new elections. But I consider that the two winning forces derived from the last elections will form a coalition and form the” government, he said.
Abdullahu has stressed that LV-LDK co-operation is exclusively co-operation of interests and has nothing to do with principled issues.
“It is a matter of separation of power, not of principle, so that will happen. If it were a matter of principle, they wouldn't even start co-operating to reach an agreement, because basically, conceptually and in every other realm they don't just differ very much, but they have a rude story of reports between themselves that had criminal elements inside. LV and LDK basically”, Abdullah said.
It is not known when the next meeting will be between LVV leader Albin Kurti and LDK leader Isa Mustafa.
The last meeting was Monday, which was expected to finalise the co-government agreement, which failed.
The LDK yesterday through a communique for the media has stated that there is the will of this party to form the new government with Vetevendosje Movement, despite public pressure. /Periscope.
