It's been four years since Donjta Pajaziti was found and lifeless in the mountains of the lower Decani Strell.
But even this December 20th found her family in pain as the Supreme Court in Pristina has again sought retrial following the life sentence on the accused.
The inhabitants of this village also protested this decision. Donjeta's mother, Lumnje Pajaziaj, says they are tired of seeking justice.
We as Donya's family are miserable. We've been tortured for four years in trials”, he said. RTV Dukagjin, Lumnije Pajaziaj.
And Brother Shkelqim Pajasitaj says they cannot understand the decisions of retrial.
The accused's “has filed complaints in other courts, bypassing that of Pec. I don't know why justice makes such decisions. Why move into other courts when it's the Pec Court”, said Shkelm Pajasitaj.
Attending these homazhes and protests was the mayor of the Decani municipality, Bashkim Ramosaj.

Donjet Pajasitaj had disappeared on December 9th 2015 at the time she left home to go to work, and her body was found after 8 days on December 17th killed by her relative.
