He allegedly, in interaction with others, has made false diplomas to benefit materially.
The detention measure will be calculated since the arrest date of 19,12.2019 and will last until the 1801.2020.
The court says it can pose a risk if it is found in freedom and can repeat criminal acts for this detention is based and reasonable for ensuring presence and normal development of the course of criminal procedure.
