Ismaili urges quick decision by the Constitution, says wage increases ban doctors' migration

The Law on Salaries has already ended in the Constitutional Court. Against this decision are labour unions, police and educators. Acting Health Minister Uran Ismaili says but EO that all health personnel expect them to receive increased salaries in late December

. He says the Ombudsman's decision to submit this law to the Constitutional constitution has disappointed health workers, who are also leaving the country. According to him, rising wages would affect stopping the migration of doctors and nurses.

All health personnel, but I've been waiting for December to be good news for many years. Health workers are the ones who, along with us, are burning the entire health sector, and it is necessary that wages have increased. Thus, they will stop their migrations to foreign countries as well as patients from seeking services in private clinics where they are most expensive. It's a bummer that's crawling on”, he says.

Ismaili does not prejudge what the Constitutional decision may be, but requires that a decision should be made as soon as possible and the implementation of this law begins, as the budget also exists.

Some political parties have not supported the search to stop it. But the budget exists, the law is in force. Make a decision as soon as possible. I need additional information, this was supposed to happen earlier and not in the last moment before it went into effect. This question will be asked against the ombudsman and other institutions. Why hasn't he been sent earlier to allow the Constitutional Court to do its job. This leaves a bad taste in all health workers”, Ismaili said.

Over 60 thousand workers who receive salaries from the state budget have warned strikes if the Law on Salaries is not implemented.
