Haziri condemns act of stabbed slaughter of Serbian citizen

Gjilan Mayor Lutfi Haziri has condemned the act of stabbed slaughtering Serbian citizen from the village of Cernica by male K-Albanian suspect with psychic problems.

Haziri on behalf of the Community Council for Security has condemned this act and called it isolated.

“Mayor Lutfi Haziri, on behalf of the Community Municipal Security Council, has condemned this act, which is an isolated case and in no way undermines interethnic coexistence and tolerance”, it says in response.

The mayor of Gjilan has delegated the mayor of this municipality to visit the victim's family.

“Haziri has delegated Komuna Deputy Mayor Arber Ismajli to his team, who have visited the victim's family today, saying the municipality will stay close to this family. Otherwise, the municipality of Gjilan has been praised as a good example of tolerance, co-existence and cultivating interreligious and interethnic dialogue at the UN Security Council”.

Kosovo Police have confirmed this case.

Police report reports that male K-Albanian suspect with psychic problems for unknown reasons has hit the male K-Serbian victim with a sharp tool.

The victim has been sent to CKUK, and according to the doctor, is out of danger for life. The suspect was originally on the run, but after police efforts later he was arrested and in consultation with the prosecutor banned for further procedures.
