Serbian List politicians have threatened to leave Kosovo institutions in the event Ivan Todosijevic is sentenced to 2 years in prison because of denying the Recak massacre.
They have warned that great chaos will be caused if the act of judgment becomes almighty, writes news.net.
Even the chairman of this List, Goran Rakiq, has gone even further, claiming they will form the Association of Communities with Serbian Majority without asking Kosovo authorities.
“has not given up on the idea of forming head over the Serb Communist Community (ZSO), but by consulting the state of Serbia”, Rakic said today, writes news.net.
Linked to the possibility and consequences of such a move by Kosovo Serb politicians news.net has contacted the connoisseur of the Constitution, Riza Smaka.
Smaca for news.net has indicated that this could happen “de facto”, but not also “de yre”, which he says would imply such a step would be against the Constitution of Kosovo.
