Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan has ranked US President Donald Trump, Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Qatar's sheik, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, among the leaders he most admires.

While he has said Europe lacks an inspiring leader, writes the Associated Press.

Speaking to students in the Turkish capital, Ankara, Erdogan has said Europe is facing “serious leadership crisis”.

Speaking to Trump, Erdogan said he likes his nature open, comparing it to himself, follows the periscope.

Whether you like it or not, Mr. Trump is an important name. He has no hidden agenda. He discusses with me openly and I talk to him very openly”, the Turkish president has said.

Even for Putin, Erdogan has estimated that he has no hidden “age”.
