Musliaj has been arrested after taking advantage of the situation and has taken in the amount of $13,000 (new) fraud to citizens N.F. for the reason he needed it to buy food aid.
The amount of money was seized in the quality of material evidence, and materials were passed to the Prosecution near the Court of First St. Durres for further action.
