The Durres prosecution has recorded the criminal case referring to the quake of 26.11,2019, which resulted in a number of buildings that have caused the deaths of a number of people.
“For this it is suspected that the consequences have come as a cause of illegal construction and failure to perform duty by implementing engineers and persons responsible, as well as from the regular failure of duty by state employees in charge of oversunging these construction” informs the Durres prosecution.
The case is registered for criminal acts; “Construction without permission”, and “Use of task”, provided by Article 199/a, 3 and 248 k.penal/oranews/
