Serbia's Foreign Affairs Minister, Ivica Dacic, has said it is very difficult to predict when negotiations between Pristina and Belgrade can resume towards reaching a final solution for normalising relations between the two countries.
Dacic says he has come to this conclusion in view of the difficulties of reaching agreements for the establishment of institutions in Kosovo, writes Cosovonline.
“Negotiations for a coalition agreement after the elections are now exacerbated”, Dacic has said.
While Dacic has made these statements, the Serbian List has already expressed readiness to co-operate with parties that are trying to establish the government.
