Coalition failure due to president meaningless to analysts

According to Berisha, the president's issue is a relatively distant process of 18 months, and as such makes it difficult to reach agreement between the parties.

And politician Ramush Tahiri told Kosovo Radio that, based on this, there is no change from past governments, given the desire for rulership by the winning parties. He says that even the international community cannot influence here.
