Kosovo citizens seek the faster formation of new state institutions, since they say, the lack of institutions is marked with obstacles to the country's development.
Also, citizens have indicated that delaying the formation of institutions could also affect the international sphere, since Kosovo partners expect the Republic of Kosovo to have new institutions as soon as possible so that the work on the better of Kosovo citizens can be continued.
Citizens say delaying institution formation delays any other process, which hinders the country's development in many sectors.
Kadri Berisha, a citizen in Pristina, tells Kosova Preris that they have expected the winning party of the October 6th elections, and that successor, to link the coalition immediately after the official certificate of election results on the part of the Central Election Commission.
“The non-compliance of the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo delays any process of political and social life in Kosovo, such a vacuum because two months of elections have been held, is a bit strange, because we have all expected that the agreement of this famous coalition that Vetevendosje is expected with the Democratic League of Kosovo will be achieved very quickly, stalling and having strange elements, but also surprising<1>, he says.
Also, according to him, this situation could affect the international co-operation the state of Kosovo has.
But, Berisha says the embassies of the QUINT countries in Kosovo should pressure for the rapid formation of the Government and the Assembly of Kosovo.
The “internationally, this gets stuck and is a black dot in Kosovo's political elite, but maybe they, the foreign embassies that are here, should make a greater pressure to achieve this coalition as quickly as possible, if there is no background”, he says.
And according to Nehat Spahiu, another citizen who talks about the current situation in the country, without institutions at risk of blocking Kosovo's development.
“E hinders the development of Kosovo much, and I doubt it will soon become a coalition between the two parties that have won the elections... Even in international co-operation, because internationals expect that as soon as the government is formed, and as soon as talks with Serbia begin on resolving Kosovo's status, for visa liberalisation and many other things”, he says.
Guilty to this situation, according to Guni Hadziaj, are the two parties that have taken the citizens' confidence in forming new institutions.
The “E gets in the way of much, the main blame is the two parties, which have won the election, so I'm making a big deal of why they're pushing it, why they're prolonging it, why they're not forming institutions and doing it well. The people have given their verdict, know what the verdict, which should have changes”, he says.
Ilir Macedonia, professor at Marevci's School “, says the lack of institutions is affecting education as well.
“means back entirely. I work in education, we've been working for weeks, we've got to process it tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow, wages, and there's nothing but roots, he says.
The issue of education is being disturbed by another citizen. Zenel Thaci says Kosovo is very stuck in this field.
“Yes, it doesn't get stuck, you see education, where education is”, he says.
In the Republic of Kosovo, extraordinary parliamentary elections have been held on 6 October 2019. The process of certificate results by the Central Election Commission has been prolonged, due to some problems with forms that have been encountered during the count. And this has led to many recounting positions, since the Centre for Counting and Results has faced problems during the vote count.
November 27, The CEC has made official certificate of the results of the October 6th elections, these which brought the first Vetevendosje Movement and the second Democratic League of Kosovo.
These two parties are in talks on a possible governing coalition, but that there is still no agreement between them.
