The defendant, at 7: 20 p.m. that day in the school cabinet, had begun to touch his minor student for sexual purposes, writes the news.net.
He had come to this sexual assault after the professor had asked his student to come to the school cabinet to help him.

After the evidence gathered, the Constitutional Court in Pec has sought a month-long detention measure for the defendant, in this case the professor with the initial J.J.
