Stoltenberg welcomed Bulgaria's increased spending on protection to 3.25 per cent of GDP in 2019, ranking Bulgaria among the nine NATO nations that complete expenditures on over 2 per cent of GDP.
They make it NATO is the strongest and most secure Bulgaria, Stoltenberg said.
