Borrell doesn't attend the mini-Shangen meeting

News of Tanjug has been confirmed by the European diplomacy chief's office.

A summit of heads of countries taking part in the regional initiative, known as “Mini-Sengeni”, will be held tomorrow and the day after tomorrow in Tirana.

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama said earlier that Borrell will participate in this meeting, which Kosovo has boycotted, because of Serbia.
