The biggest customer care company, the teleperformance, has decorated one of the streets in the capital, where the company's office is located.
With a thin taste, the object of the teleperformance has been enlightened by lights that give greater meaning to the holiday season.
The largest global company for customer services “Teleperformance” opened its branch in Pristina, in July 2017.
Currently, about 700 German-speaking workers are working in this company.
Recently, Teleformance in Pristina has managed to win the certificate “Graat Place to Work”.
This certificate is internationally recognised and is based on workers' comments, pointing to an extraordinary result in Kosovo.
