He's beaten by police on charges of eyeing the police officer in the car.

A citizen of the initial L.Z. He claims that today's morning was beaten by two policemen who had originally taken him to the “station under the argument that the same man had eyed a police officer who had been in the police car. L.Z. (known name for proofreading)

L.Z. (The name known for editing) says the case has also been presented at the Kosovo Police Inspectorate and that it has received the medical report to prove that violence has been exercised against it.

He claims that the case occurred around 4:30 this morning, near the discotheque “Zona” in Pristina, while he had been in a car with 4 other people, were detained by two policemen and then accompanied to the “Qerdra” police station.

He relates the moments he had experienced from the police's ban to taking him to the police station where he was questioned, even saying he was insulted and kicked by police officials.

Two cops arrived. We were on the opposite side from Zona. We were going to the square. They were on the opposite side. When I stopped, two policemen came to the driver's mosque and to my mosque where I was sitting and got our IDs and said come to the station. We went to the station with them. When we got in there, he first told me your name. I told him his name. He said what an idiot's name was and he said what a stupid name. Checked us out first if we had anything dangerous in there kicking our feet.

When I was put in the office there were two cops and he said to whom you looked, there were three men and one female in the patrol car, and he said to whom you did it with your eyes, did it to that woman with your eyes. I didn't need to make it to that woman, first of all, she didn't look at me and now she hit me with three or four slaps and who did it with her eyes, she had to come in and say insulting words but I don't want to say those words now, because it's a lot of big banal words”, said L.Z.

L.Z. has also presented the case at the Kosovo Police Inspectorate and received a medical report to prove that violence has been exercised against him.

There's two cops in the office and he said what was in your pocket, and I fucked up on the table, and I told him if he knew his name and he said "No, you don't care, and he slaps me again... They didn't even get a report, no statements like this since the police ask if you want a lawyer or read them your rights. I went to 911 to get the report that I had a headache that hit me, beat me, morally, I was a little hurt. I also went to the Inspectorate and presented the case to”, he said.

L.Z. He denies having harassed the police officer who had been in the police car along with the other two policemen.

“4 people we were, but they took only me and the driver”, he said.

Kosovo Preress has tried to receive an answer from the Police Inspectorate regarding the claims of a citizen L.Z., but has so far received no answers.
