According to the prosecution's request handed down to the Constitutional Court at Ferizaj, there is reasonable doubt that the defendant T.L. has deprived life of the US victim, with which he would commit criminal work “grave murder”, according to Article 173 paragraph 3, subparagraph. 1.4 and 1.6 and criminal work “keep ownership, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366 paragraph 1. of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
While, according to the request, there is reasonable doubt that the other defendant, D.L., has helped suspect T.L., in taking action after committing criminal acts against the US victim now, with which he would carry out the criminal work “aid in carrying out the criminal offense, by Article 173 paragraphs 1. subparagraph 1.4 and 1.6 related to Article 33 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).
