Andrew Shala: I didn't touch the reporter by hand

Pristina's Constitutional Prosecutor has launched investigations into incumbent Minister of Trade and Industry Endrit Shala on charges of exercising physical violence against journalist Ensar Ramadani.

But this has been dismissed by incumbent Minister Andrew Shala.

He said in a proposal to Periscope that this is not true.
