Albanian killer with two names leaving the US

It's about 34-year-old Puka, Arlind Hyseni alias Shpend Mazari, sentenced to 25 years in prison by the Tirana Court of First Stairline for criminal acts “Vejance, followed by death” conducted in co-operation and “keeping without permission of combat weapons and ammunition”.
