The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo has today filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against 20 people, 11 of them for criminal work “The participation and organisation of the organised criminal group” by Article 277 paragraph 1 related to criminal work “Import, export, supply, transport, production, exchange, mediation or unauthorised sale of weapons or plastics<3>, while for 9 persons for criminal work “holding ownership, or possession of unauthorized weapons>.
Defendants A.F., A.S., P.F., A.F., P.F., G.F., M.S., I.R., R.M., N.M., and P.M. During the period from the beginning of 2018-24.07.2019, in Ferizaj, Pristina and other countries in Kosovo, acting as part of the organised criminal group, have actively participated in the group's criminal activity, knowing that their participation will contribute to the realisation of criminal activity for illegal import of weapons.
The defendants with the intention of illegal financial benefits, acting contrary to the law on weapons, unauthorizedly have imported weapons and ammunition of various calibre, where Supreme defendants dependent on their role have contributed to this criminal activity.
With these eleven actions, A.F., A.S., P.F., A.F., P.F., G., M.S., I.R., R.M., N.M., and the P.M., have committed criminal work “Pjesion and organisation of the criminal group organized by us 277 paragraphs 1 of KPPK, related to criminal work <x19%, export, transport, transport, exchange, mediation, mediation, or sale of the weapons undispositted, 3647> from KPR's paragraph 2K.
Meanwhile, defendants B.A., F.U., S.N., A.H., K.P., E.B., K.D., B.J. and S.K., from an unappointed date to 24.07.2019, in their homes each and only have kept without authorization, in ownership, or possession, weapons in violation of Article 366 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the KK.
The same have held weapons and ammunition of various kinds, with the same cases confiscated during the Kosovo Police Day of Control.
With these actions of the nine defendants B.A., F.U., S.N., A.H., K.P., E.B., K.D., B.J. and S.K. have carried out the criminal work “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons” by Article 366 paragraphs 2 of KPRK.
