Four accidents on one road in Pristina due to snowfall

Only after midnight last night on the “C” road in Pristina, according to a tip and video sent to citizens in Kosovo, four accidents have occurred, where nine vehicles have been involved.

Meanwhile, Kosovo police have announced that snowfall, depending on their intensity, could create difficulties in road traffic, and roads potentially become more difficult to drive, especially at night or during early morning hours.

Therefore, Kosovo police require all traffic participants, particularly drivers, to adjust vehicle management to road conditions, to respect road traffic signs, to possess winter equipment in their vehicles, and to be more alert. Maximum control of traffic participants is necessary to avoid accidents and thus create greater safety in road traffic”, police appeal reported.
