Zenun Pajaziti at the hearing in the case of Pronto.

“
“It is to regret that the prosecutor's two years after not having asked any questions about my encryption”, has been the statement of former Democratic Party of Kosovo depute (PDK), Zenun Pajaziti, at Monday's session, in the trial of the “Proto”, after refusing to answer special prosecutor Drita Hajdari's questions about telephone conversations that are part of the indictment.
Along with Pajazit, in the case known as “Proto”, they're being charged with ex-Depute of The PDK, Adem Grabovci, former minister of innovation and entrepreneurship, Besim Beqaj, and eight other accused, reports “The Justice Vow “ ”.
During his defense, Pajazti declared that conversation with him and accused Adem Grabovci has nothing to do with what he was involved, refusing to answer questions related to those wiretapping.
My subx0> means this test or this phone conversation is illegal. My other personal reason is that I think for two years, the constant repetition of certain media in this phone conversation has damaged my image and because I have given a statement to the senior prosecutor, I think I have to answer other questions involving the prosecution or the issue of which I am accused, but I want to save myself and my family with the retransmitting of that conversation which has nothing to do with what I'm implied”, the accused Patiazi said.
Prosecutor Hajdari has asked the accused about the December 6th 2011 telephone conversation, in which she reportedly presented Adam Grabovci to the accused several names, and he, Vjollca Sinani, Jelal Sinan, Abdel Hashan, Shaqir Ukshi, Vier Arifi, Ali Ismaili, Naim Mulaj, Xelili, adding that during the Grabovci conversation he has called for this job after many names.
This wasn't even in my power, and there's no single action I've taken on the case. It would have been entirely justified if I had some kind of argument that some personal action about these appointments had taken place that hadn't been in my jurisdiction as an MP, which I haven't had and I don't know”, the accused said.
On the other hand, Pajazit has refused to answer the special prosecutor's questions about his brother, Gzim Pajazit, who, according to her, is mentioned in phone conversations to appoint him as a member of the Board of Directors at the public company “Hidro-Morava” in Gjilan, adding that his positions will be presented in the final address, reports “Betim for Justice<3>.
The hearing is still continuing. /Betimerability/
