Following the Election Panel's decision on Anxiety and Parashtre for exiting the final outcome of the votes coming from Serbia, the Vetevendosje Movement has complained to the Supreme Court. The three candidates of the party, Enver Haliti, Arta Bayralia and Alban Hyseni, who, according to the result announced by the Central Election Commission, have won the MP's mandate during yesterday's day, have appealed to the Supreme Court for the PZAP ruling.
Under this decision, the annulment of Serbia's vote allows the coalition Initiative AKR DPA to pass the threshold and become part of the Kosovo Assembly, with all dues denying Vetevendosje Movement to have three more MPs in the next legislature.
