Currently Palmer has met with LDK leader Isa Mustafa, incumbent Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, as soon as the meeting between him and PDK leader Kadri Weselini is expected to begin.
Palmer during the day, meanwhile, will not meet with VV head Albin Kurtin, who is on a visit abroad.
Palmer will meet President Hashim Thaci at noon. The news was made known by the President's Cabinet, under which the meeting will be held at 1:30.
Otherwise, Palmer's visit to Kosovo had been warned earlier, but the date of the visit had not been set.
Before coming to Kosovo, Palmer stayed for a visit to northern Macedonia.
The US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State was long ago appointed as Special Representative of the Secretary of State for the Western Balkans.
