After the recounting of 1409 deployments, the CEC will not be able to announce the final results until a ruling by the Supreme Court.
That is because the Vetevendosje Movement has filed a complaint with the Supreme Court against the decision of the previous PZAP day.
CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi has said that as a consequence, following the recount process, the CEC cannot publish the results at this stage.
Allow me to inform you that we have received confirmation that a complaint was filed in the Supreme Court against the decision of an earlier day of the Ances and Paraseta Elesa Election Panel, so the results after the recount process cannot be published at this stage”, Elez said.
The results will be released after a ruling by the Supreme.
