The Special Prosecutor reports the M.A. defendant in 12,07,2015, along with her husband B. M (now felt) and their son of a year and a half, consciously and willingly passed through the border point of Elez Khan and went to Syria, in order to join terrorist groups I The SIS and Al-Nusra, which operate in Syria and Iraq, where they have stayed until their return to Kosovo on the 2004.2019.
With these actions the M.A. defendant. has committed criminal work, unification or participation in the military or foreign police, in paramilitary or pre-police foreign formations, in group organisations or individually outside the territory of the Republic of Kosovo by Article 3 paragraph 3 of the Law to prevent joining armed conflicts outside the country's territory. 05 L-002.
