At least one person was killed and three others were injured after a 19-year-old student opened fire on his classmates and then killed himself at a college in the Far East city of Blagovoschensk, Russia.
According to Russian media, there is a wire gun armed with a shotgun, the attacker opened fire in his class, seriously wounding some people.
When the police arrived at the scene, the attacker refused to surrender and returned the gun to himself.
