In 2015, Schreiber had a toxicity because of kidney - stone problems, but even though for a few seconds his heart stopped reanimating and his health returned to his cell.
In his request last year, Schreiber claims that the doctors had resurrected him against his will and his <x0) death” that he had technically made him pay off his sentence. The First Court rejected his claim, and this week the same was true of Apel.
