Who's Shpend Maxim? Intelligence Director for Resigning

Mr. Maxhuni during his term as the country's first intelligence has had an important role in the return of 110 Kosovo citizens from Syria. This operation had been conducted in collaboration with American forces, and transportation was carried out by an American military aircraft.
But, Shpend Maxun is said to have been one of the top officials responsible for the country's deportation of six Turkish citizens, whom their country accused of terrorism. This became a very important political issue after it was considered that such an act had developed without the knowledge of the country's prime minister and following pressure from Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoan.
At the time, Maxhun was part of the Kosovo Police as its director. At the helm of one of the most reliable institutions in Kosovo, he was appointed in the second part of 2011 by former Kosovo Prime Minister Hashim Thaci. In that position he had succeeded Mr. Malchich is here.
During his term in the Kosovo Police, the famous incident with the theft of 25kg of gold in the testimony room had taken place.
Otherwise, Maxhun became part of the Kosovo Police in 1999 and graduated from Pristina University. He has been the main man in the intervention of the Kosovo Police in the country's north on July 25th, where police officer Enver Zymberi decorated with Kosovo's hero medal.
He was accused by the Vetevendosje Movement that he was close to Hashim Thaci during the time he was prime minister and that his father had been a member of Yugoslav authorities. /Periscope
