Under the trial pronounced by Judge Mentor Bajraktari, the prison sentence against the accused will not be executed unless the same commits another criminal act within the verifiable period of one year, reports the “Justice Vocation”.
Otherwise, at the initial session held on November 18th of this year, the accused has pleaded guilty to the criminal offense he is charged with.
By contrast, according to the pre-conventional Prosecution Act in Gjakova, founded on October 30th 2019, Enver Lucac is being charged with criminal work “censing the secrecy of the vote” by Article 215 paragraph 1 of KPRC.
According to the indictment, accused Lucac on October 6, 2019, at the polling centre in high school “Kadri Kusari” in Gjakova, as long as the voting process has been under way, has violated the secret of voting, in the way that accused Lurac has been observed by polling observers photographing his ballot by telephone.
