According to the GLPS, the most important reform that the justice system must undergo is the control of integrity, professionalism and purity of the image of judges and prosecutors who are currently part of the system, as the only form to get out of the system those who have questionable past, who are close to corrupt circles or are directly corrupt, and who are not professional enough to reason with their decisions.
Therefore, GLPS considers that a proper process of reforming Kosovo's justice system should result in a property process, which represents the only form to ensure an independent, impartial and professional system.
At this conference, G The LPS will reveal some of the fundamental principles on which the property process should be built and will offer a number of proposals that will serve as guides for the start of the design of this process by relevant institutions in Kosovo.
