Student Council of the Faculty of Arts ( K S FA, led by student organisation “REFORMA”, continues with the next protest to reject, as they say, the “discriminatory decision of August” for the scholarship contest, for students of the University of Pristina. This council says that tomorrow it will organise protests with students of this academy unit at 10:30, inviting students to gather at the Faculty of Arts, continue the march at 10:45 to the Ministry of Education, “and will develop the main part of activity”.
“We are opposed to thereby discriminated against distinguished students who have achieved high results in their studies, this scholarship competition proclaimed by the Ministry of Education is a concern for us, not including the Faculty of Arts, which is very specific and is well-equipped with the regulation and statute of the University of Pristina”, says the report by the Student Council of Arts Faculty.
KS The FA further says that the expenses on this falculate are high and sometimes even unaffordable to students, while it points out that they've taken advantage of their access to scholarships from the Ministry of Education, “which has been a great cover and relief for the repurchasing of vehicles spent during studies”.
The Council reminds the Ministry of Education “of the promise of a year-on-year stock market growth”, while saying that “is now emerging in reverse by overestimating the number of stock exchanges to distinguished students”.
This appears to have been used more for electoral parafuces, and they do not view the students' will and incentive to achieve excellent results in studies as a priority. We're not against criteria, we're against the fact that there's no involvement. The last priority for the minister of education is the student. Neither does rain stop us from seeking our rights”, has been completed by the FA KS.
