Yugoslavia on Kosovo territory, stemming from war crimes. The ultimate goal of this study is to define the role and status of reparations or compensation in the international law to compensate for violations or damages inflicted on human beings and material damages caused by atrocities committed by Serbia's state authorities on Kosovo territory.
Professor Qerim Qerim, an expert at this institute who at this conference presented the study on “War Crimes Reparations”, said that even though some things cannot be compensated, Kosovo should seek compensation for material and human damages.
