Valmir Elez, spokesperson for the CEC, has said Periscope will be completed during today.

The 1407 deployment process under the PZAP decision will end today (day). There are only 37 locations that will be recounted today.”, he expressed.

The recount process has started on November 13th. The average numbered location within a working day, from 8: 00 p.m. to midnight, was about 130.

Yesterday, meanwhile, it was reported that on November 12th, 392 packages of paper from the diaspora have arrived in the CEC. For these, the Vetevendosje Movement has complained to PZAP, claiming they too must be accepted, as were earlier votes that came late from abroad. At the Supreme Court's decision, they were accepted and counted.

PZAP is expected to decide about these votes by Monday before the final outcome of the elections expected to take place next week.
