“Arsyet of their refusal are classified into five groups as follows: 535 cases when they sent packages of balloting persons who were not registered successfully as voters on a voter list outside Kosovo; 115 cases are when they sent out cases of ballot packages to persons who were refused to sign up as voters outside Kosovo; 128 other cases that sent out ballotes to persons who did not send copies of the document to identify themselves; 159 cases when individuals sent out more than once; And 275 cases when the people who sent the ballot papers, they had copies of the document with an expired”, added Elez, and added that tonight the counting process of these votes will be completed.
