Rama: Construction abuse, prison for builders and architects

Rama, at the government's extraordinary gathering, has said that in Durres there are 19 buildings that have been damaged and eleven of them will be completely collapsed, while for seven the engineering report will be expected.
According to him, children who are located in hotels should be provided transportation to schools, while in the afternoon, tutors help do tasks, as hotels have areas to do.
As for the aid, Rama said it should guarantee that food is healthy.
He said that a person should be assigned to communicate with these families to see what their desire is.
“We are ready and to decide those in Thumana to be placed in a record way in Tirana and Durres to decide that if they want to in Durres or Tirana”, he said.
He also said the law must be changed for those who have survived earthquakes that will have financial treatment for the rest of their lives.
Meanwhile, for all family pensioners, Rama said it would be given special retirement, as people do with special contributions, such as academics, scientists, artists.
He said that the affected families would share a million new money, including the Abazi family from Gjilan.
For students and students of victims' families, a scholarship of $15,000 a month will benefit.
Rama said the emergency has a perimeter that has expanded to the Lezha district.
