Raised an indictment against four people for marijuana and weapons

The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo, Blerim Isufaj, has filed an indictment at the Constitutional Court in Pristina against four persons with initials A.N., I.B., L.O. and V.E., for criminal acts “Blery, possession, distribution and unauthorized distribution of narcotics, psychotrophope and alogue”, as well as “kept ownership, ownership or nonauthorized exploitation [...]
The Special Prosecutor reports that four defendants A.N., I.B., L.O. and the V.E., in order to bring illegal property benefits, and operating in the group, one night before the arrest they met in Tirana, where they agreed and shared their roles, to bring drugs from Albania to Kosovo.
“Plus, during the arrest of defendants A.N., I.B., L.O. and V.E., and in the case of police control, 55kg of the 432 gram drug substance was found and seized. With these actions defendants A.N., I.B., L.O. and V.E., have committed criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropic substances and anologist”. Also, during the raid on defendant V.E. A gun with a GAP 9m inscription, P.A.K., with no serial number and a clip gun along with 18 bullets, which is sequentified”, is said in the prosecutor's communiqué.
With these actions, the V.E. is accused of committing criminal work “retaining ownership, control, possession or unauthorized use of weapons”.
