The prosecutor's messages are published sent to judges: I'll shake your pants.

If you and the Council have released Katica, let you know I'm gonna shake everyone's panties on the Council with a financial investigation. Because of judges like you, we will never enter the EU. If it's not your council, I apologize. But if it is, you will see”. This is the content of the SMS that the prosecutor [...]

If you and the Council have released Katica, let you know I'm gonna shake everyone's panties on the Council with a financial investigation. Because of judges like you, we will never enter the EU. If it's not your council, I apologize. But if it is, you will see”.

This is the content of the SMS that Macedonian prosecutor Vilma Ruskoska has sent to the Appeals judges, who released former special prosecutor Katica Janova and ordered house arrest.

Judge Safet Kadriu, part of the Council he released Janven, did not comment on the cameras.

Ruskoska's message raised Skopje's Appeal, while judges emerged on the stand that the prosecutor's behaviour is a direct threat.

Such conduct of the public prosecutor presents the exploitation of office as public prosecutor and through public presentation to impose the existence of the element of corruption during the action of the criminal Council and to drive unfounded and unassuming suspicion about the full might and legitimacy of the penal Council's” ruling, says the Court of Appeals.

Although Appeals condemned the behaviour of Vilma Ruskoska, the public prosecutor at the Prosecution Chief's SMS understands only emotional response.

Katica Janeva's lawyer says Apel's decision is legitimate, while the prosecutor's behaviour is scandalous.

A three-member panel of the Skopje Appeals Court decided on Tuesday afternoon that former Special Prosecutor Katica be released from custody and handed into house arrest.

Immediately after that decision, she was taken, hooded over her head and cuffed, moving to her son Lazarus' apartment in downtown Skopje.

Janeva, who could not be seen, was followed by a number of journalists while being transported by the van but without answering any questions.

The trial for near”Racket”, which led the frightening anti-corruption woman to politics behind bars, is scheduled to begin on 3 December.

It is charged with withdrawing 1.55m euros from one of Macedonia's richest, Jordan Kamchev from November last year until April, in exchange for <x0m euros in exchange for facilitating his post” on the Special Prosecutor's case.
