The case occurred Friday night in Novoberda, where the suspect was driving his drinking vehicle and hit two pedestrians.
Victims have suffered bodily injuries and have been sent to the Gjilan hospital, where one of them has passed away as a result of severe injuries.
At the order of the prosecutor, the victim's lifeless body has been sent to the Institute of Legal Medicine for Observatory.
Police in the 24-hour report indicate the suspect was sent to the holding.
